How exactly will support coordination help you?

Your support coordinator will seek to understand your goals and will explore supports you require to achieve them. These may include paid services, activities available to anyone in the community, and identifying friends and family who can be part of your support system. Lilycare will help you to navigate the service system and will assist you to develop service agreements with providers. If your NDIS plan provides for it, we are also available to manage bookings and payment invoices.
